These principles enable us to appropriately manage our water footprint. The principles further provide our businesses with guidance on how to manage water-related risks and opportunities as an integral part of our business and operating strategies.

Our Water Principles have four focus areas:

• employing responsible water practices
• reducing our water impacts
• measuring and reporting performance
• building capacity within local communities.

We believe these Water Principles will provide us with a competitive advantage in the future.
